How Much Will It Cost Me To Take Part In Stone Frigate?

 

Stone Frigate is a subsidised event. However, nominal fees need to be charged to help cover costs of accommodation, meal provision, and transportation. A sliding-scale fee has been introduced to allow for what each player can afford, as follows:

 

£55                        Employed

£30                        Students/Unemployed/Pensionable/Local Residents

 

There are also a limited number of places at £20 should finance become a major issue. We’d rather you take part than let costs prevent you, so please do get in touch if this is a sticking point for you.

 

 

How Do I Sign-Up?

 

Please go to the sign-up page, then complete and submit the sign-up form. The information you provide will help the organisers work out what kind of character you're most interested in playing, what you may be comfortable with relative themes, as well as gathering important contact information. Following sign-up, we'll request further practical details such as your clothing sizes, dietary requirements and travel needs.

 

Please note that bookings will only be secured once the booking fee has been paid. A secure payment link will be sent to you after the sign-up process is complete.

 

 

How Many People Will Participate?

 

Between 30 (minimum) – 40 (maximum) people will take part in Stone Frigate.
